Bruce Ramer is a partner at Gang, Tyre, Ramer, Brown & Passman, a leading entertainment and media law firm. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of Southern California and holds leadership roles with the USC Gould School of Law, the Shoah Foundation, and the Center for the Digital Future at USC Annenberg.
Bruce is Chair of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and founding chairman of the Geffen Playhouse. He also serves on the boards of the Southern California Committee for the Olympic Games, the Los Angeles Sports Council, and the American Archive of Public Broadcasting. He is an inaugural member and former chair of the West Coast Peabody Board. His honors include the American Jewish Committee Community Service Award, the Learned Hand Award, the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Entertainment Lawyer of the Year Award, and the Ellis Island Medal of Honor. He is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School.
