Bring on the fireworks, backyard barbecues, and patriotic pride! Do you have photos of how you celebrate Independence Day with family and friends? You’re invited to submit them for a chance to be featured in the National Archives’ 250th exhibition, Free and Independent, opening April 24, 2026.
This exciting new exhibition will explore the history of the Declaration of Independence and highlight how Americans have celebrated our nation’s founding across communities and generations—including stories like yours.
