Ana Valdez is the President and CEO of the Latino Donor Collaborative and a leading marketing, media, research, and political strategist with three decades of experience across the United States, Mexico, and Europe. Born in Mexico City and based in Los Angeles since 1997, she began her career at Nielsen, later joining Banamex (now Citibank) to attract major foreign investment, and went on to work with the United Nations in Geneva and the Clinton Administration in Washington, DC.

She has been widely recognized for her leadership, including honors as one of the Top 10 Latinos in America (Hispanic Magazine, 2018), one of the Top 50 Most Influential Latinas (2020), multiple appearances on Latino Leaders Magazine’s Top 100 Latinas lists, a 2022 ALPFA CHANGEMAKER, and a 2023 LA Times Inspiring Women of the Year nominee.
