Daniel K. Alvarez is Co-Chair of Willkie Farr’s Privacy, Cybersecurity & Data Strategy Practice Group, and a member of the Artificial Intelligence & Emerging Technologies and Crisis Management Practice Groups. For over 20 years, Daniel has advised clients on the legal, regulatory, and policy issues arising from innovative uses of data and technology, including privacy, data protection, AI, and cybersecurity. Daniel also advises companies on crisis management, focusing on security incident planning, preparation, and response.

Daniel is a double Hoya, with his undergraduate degree from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
